ARUBA

A whole house
beats four
hotel rooms

Villas, homes, and private stays

For families, for groups, and for anyone who wants a kitchen and a real living room at the end of the day. I book villas and homes through vetted channels with actual contracts, actual insurance, and an actual person on the ground — not a listing and a prayer.

Why book through me

The listing isn't
the whole story

Anyone can scroll a rental site. What you can't see from the photos is whether the pool gets sun, how steep the road is, whether the third bedroom is really a bedroom, or what happens if the air conditioning dies on day two. That's what I'm for.

Villas &
estates

Tuscany, Provence, the Amalfi Coast, Mykonos, and across the Caribbean. Four to twelve bedrooms, private pools, and in many cases staff — a cook, a housekeeper, a concierge who books your dinners and stocks the fridge before you land.

Divided across a group, a staffed villa often costs less per night than the equivalent hotel rooms and delivers a completely different trip. This is the category where a phone call beats a booking engine every single time.

Option one

Beach houses
& cottages

Coastal New England, the Outer Banks, the Gulf Coast, Baja, and the lake houses people rebook for the same week every year. Two to six bedrooms, room to spread out, and a porch worth sitting on.

Peak weeks for the best properties are claimed a year ahead, often by returning families. Tell me your window early and I'll get in line — or find you the shoulder-season week that's half the price and twice as quiet.

option two

City
apartments

Paris, Rome, Lisbon, Barcelona, New York. Legally licensed apartments in neighborhoods worth staying in, with the space and the kitchen that make a two-week trip feel like living somewhere instead of visiting.

Short-term rental rules changed hard in most European cities, and a lot of what's still listed online shouldn't be. Everything I book is properly registered — so nobody gets a cancellation email three days before departure.

what's included

Every booking,
every time

01

Properties I can vouch for

02

The honest assessment

Booked through established villa companies and vetted partners. Real contracts, real recourse, no wire transfers to strangers.

Which bedroom is the bad one, how far the beach really is, whether you need a car, and what the photos are hiding.

03

Staff and extras arranged

Private chefs, daily housekeeping, pre-arrival grocery stocking, airport transfers, and childcare where it's available.

04

Someone to call

A local contact for the property plus my direct number. When the hot water goes out, you're not translating a plumbing problem yourself.
